Indoor Ceremony and Reception 3:00-9:00 p.m.: $1,000

(Ceremony at 3:30 – 4:00pm * Cocktail Hour 4:00 pm – 5:00pm

Pictures can be taken in Rose Garden during Cocktail Hour)

Guests will sit at their dinner tables during the ceremony

Special Theater Style Seating for Close Family Near Bride and Groom During the Ceremony Providing Space is Available

 

 

 

PACKAGE TWO

 

The Loft Reception Only: 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.:  $750

Cocktail Hour 5:00 pm – 6:00pm * Dinner at 6:00 pm

During Cocktail Hour Wedding Photos May be Taken in The Rose Garden

 

 

 

PACKAGE THREE

 

Rose Garden Ceremony and The Loft Reception

3:00-9:00 p.m.: $1,000

(Ceremony at 3:30 – 4:00pm * Cocktail Hour 4:00 pm – 5:00pm

Pictures can be taken in Rose Garden during Cocktail Hour)

The Rose Garden Set-up cost is $5.00 per chair

 

The Rose Garden is Available May 15 – September 15

It can be chilly for guests in May and September! 

Suggest outerwear to your guests.

 

 

PACKAGE FOUR

 

Rose Garden Ceremony and The Pavilion Reception

3:00-9:00 p.m.: $1,000

Ceremony at 3:30 – 4:00pm * Cocktail Hour 4:00 pm – 5:00pm

Dinner at 5:00pm

 

The Pavilion is Available Memorial Day – Labor Day

It can be chilly for guests in May and September!  Suggest outerwear to your guests.

The Pavilion does not have heat nor air conditioning; only fans in the summer.

Guests will be guided from The Rose Garden to The Pavilion immediately following the ceremony for the duration of the reception.  Restrooms are in nearby clubhouse.

Photos can be taken in Rose Garden during Cocktail Hour

Those participating in photo shoot will be guided to The Pavilion

All guests are to stay in The Pavilion for the duration for the Reception

 

The Rose Garden Set-up cost is $5.00 per chair

Those participating in photo shoot will be guided to The Rose Garden

All guests are to stay in The Pavilion for the duration for the Reception

Restrooms are in the Club House nearby

 

 

Room Rental Fee Secures Your Date

Room Rental Fee is NOT Deducted from Final Invoice

There is a 1% Usage Fee for Debit and Credit cards

 

Wedding payments required:

25 % @: 6 months, 3 months, 1 month and 2 weeks (final headcount and balance)
